The focus of Agentic Investment’s services is direct real estate investment. The investment decision could be a sale; it could be a new investment; it could be a refinancing; or it could be the decision to hold an asset longer term (which we view as a re-buy decision).
At its most comprehensive, Agentic provides access to a fully functional institutionally trained and highly experienced real estate investment team – led by a former President/CIO for a top 100 US family and the CEO/Founder of the leading outsourced analytical service consultancy to the real estate industry.
At its most bespoke, Agentic allows an investor to choose specific services most appropriate for its needs. For example, an experienced real estate investor with a strong internal team might use Agentic for a second opinion, a peer review, and/or to supplement the expertise of its board or investment committee. An experienced investor with a smaller team might use Agentic to audit its models, review deal structure, or supplement its due diligence.
